What Can I Expect With Breast Implant Surveillance?
Implant rupture can be a complication of breast augmentation surgery. Often ruptures are "silent," and no symptoms appear. Dr. Lindsey Tavakolian at Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center follows The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommendation that women with silicone implants check them with ultrasound imaging starting 5 - 6 years after the original surgery and every 2 - 3 years thereafter.

I went to Dr. Tavakolian for a recommendation on filler (face/lips/whatever she recommended) with a stipulation of walking out “looking the same, but better.” I basically told her “I want to look the same, I am your canvas,” and she delivered - completely and very subtly. I was (and am) incredibly pleased with the outcome. I’ve received compliments on looking refreshed. (I’ve even been carded since!) I completely trust her recommendations and will be returning. Dr Tavakolian is definitely the real deal. She is a true talent in her craft. I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty in June and the results are amazing. I just had a tummy tuck and BBL on 12/12/23. I love Dr. Lindsey Tavakolian and my new breasts. I was referred to Dr. Tavakolian by another very established plastic surgeon in Dallas. He told me she does beautiful breast augmentations and her patients are all very happy. I went to Dr. Tavakolian for 360 lipo with a BBL and a labiaplasty. I wish I would have not waited so long as my results and body look amazing. I have never felt so confident in my own skin.
